Job Description The Process Intelligence and Experience Design organization serves as a strategic enabler of enterprise transformation. We bring end-to-end visibility to business processes, connect data and user insights to decision‑making, and ensure that optimization precedes automation. Our mandate is to architect optimized, insight‑driven processes and experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes, enabling scalable transformation, digital acceleration, and adoption. As a Senior Specialist in the Process Intelligence team, you will interact with stakeholders globally to: Take responsibility and lead for elements of strategic project workstreams. Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements. Leverage knowledge of core systems to locate appropriate process data. Partner with data owners to identify data sources that can be leveraged in process models. Produce process models using relevant applications. Demonstrate process models and data‑driven recommendations to end users. Key Responsibilities Business Process Modelling & Requirements Gathering Lead the modelling of current‑state and desired business process scenarios, applying corporate modelling standards, definitions, techniques (e.g., BPMN), and using corporate‑sanctioned tools (e.g., Celonis). Conduct analyses of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for solutions that leverage AI, Automation, or Process Intelligence technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to automation, AI, and process initiatives. Facilitate and lead workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit functional and non‑functional requirements and turn them into testable User Stories. Coordinate with stakeholders to gain alignment and agreement on produced models supporting Engineering & Platforms teams. Capture relevant business context and process understanding to be leveraged for AI and/or Agentic AI solutions. Business Process Architecture & Value Analysis Lead, develop, and analyse data‑driven POV/POC process mining models (simple single‑object digital twins) to validate assumptions on defined processes. Support all phases of the development of business process digital twins, ensuring deliverables are completed, including defining, documenting, and ensuring traceability of requirements, SDLC documentation, user acceptance testing, validation of data sources, data profiling of processes' digital footprints, and sustainment activities for Digital Twins and KPI Control Towers. Leverage knowledge of the process intelligence toolset (process models, task mining, mapping, and digital twins) to lead analysing and documenting inefficiencies and improvement opportunities for defined business processes. Pinpoint, scope, and prioritise process adherence to generate value opportunities and develop KPIs based on data points and business opportunity needs. Experience with data transformation concepts and ETL workflows to trace data lineage, validate process mining datasets, and translate business process requirements into data specifications. Business Analysis Support and lead core elements of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC process. Lead and collaborate with relevant teams to develop test cases and test scripts for automated and AI‑driven solutions. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. Consulting, Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management Support Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate findings, present recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Automation, AI, and Process Intelligence. Proactively recommend process improvements and automation opportunities that integrate AI capabilities. Lead the definition, documentation, and execution of projects or sub‑projects. Collate information and create reports to support strategy and change management efforts with stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science/MIS, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or Science. At least 3 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated expertise in using information to analyse business performance, identify opportunities, and solve problems. At least 3 years of business analysis, process design, or process improvement experience. High motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Teamwork and collaborative focus, customer‑service orientation. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Skills & Experience An analytical person: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to work with incomplete or imperfect data. Collaborative: Demonstrated experience applying excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills working with global and cross‑functional teams. Detail oriented: Pays close attention to the nuances of processes and requirements, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Knowledge of and experience with enterprise software systems or methodologies (e.g., SAP, information management practices, Six Sigma) is a plus. Persistent and driven: Demonstrated characteristics of a forward thinker and self‑motivator that thrives on new challenges and adapts to learning new knowledge and technologies. Passionate: Passion for quantifying human‑driven systems and exploring those systems using automation techniques. Salary Range $96,200.00 – $151,400.00 (based on education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business needs).
