Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Diagnose, treat, and perform surgical/medical interventions for companion animals (primarily dogs and cats). Leadership & Team Growth: Assist in building, mentoring, and scaling a high‑performing veterinary team to support the facility's upcoming expansion to a 7‑day schedule. Hospital Management: Partner closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Hospital Manager to maintain superior patient care and operational standards. Specialized Care: Perform dental procedures, administer core vaccinations, and provide comprehensive wellness counseling to pet owners. Collaboration: Maintain active communication within our veterinary ecosystem and coordinate effectively with referring veterinarians. Requirements Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Experience: 5+ years of continuous, proven veterinarian experience working in a veterinary hospital setup. Licensure: Fully eligible to obtain a Massachusetts State Veterinary License.
