The Bilingual Recruiter plays a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts across multiple industries, including manufacturing and warehouse sectors. Working under direct supervision within a collaborative team, the recruiter will utilize their Spanish-English language skills to source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the applicant screening process. This role requires strong multilingual communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse candidates and assist in onboarding activities without travel commitments.

 

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across various channels to meet hiring needs
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Post job openings in accordance with recruitment plans
• Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications and fit
• Support onboarding processes for new hires
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with candidates and team members

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in recruitment
• Proficient bilingual communication in Spanish and English
• Understanding of interviewing techniques
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
