Job Description The Springs at Carman Oaks, a premier senior housing community in Lake Oswego, is seeking a Dining Room Server to join our dining room team. We are looking for someone with a clear purpose of excellent service, impeccable timeliness, organizational skills, and vision and creativity. If you believe this is you, we'd love to meet you! Coordinate and lead the overall Pub experience for our residents/families and guests. Greet residents (and visitors) at the table before taking orders or serving. Plan and promote pub activities along with drink specials. Inventories liquor, wine, beer and any other products for the pub & place order. We have a Part-Time position available. This is a NON TIPPING community. Prior experience is great but we always provide hands on training for those looking to enter a new career in Dining Services. This can be a great way to learn new skills and create potential for continued growth. Additional Job Information No late nights; 8:00 pm is the latest time you would be out. Bartender experience necessary. For the part-time position, there is potential to pick up server shifts throughout the week. Great staff, considerate managers. Appreciative and caring residents. Non-Tipping Community. Qualifications Love for seniors and willingness to learn. Experience working in senior living is a plus.
