Deben hacer cumplir todas lasiniciativas tomadas, supervisar sus propias responsabilidades deproducción, prestar servicio a los clientes y a los miembros del equipode forma profesional, eficiente y cortés, manteniendo un entorno limpioy atractivo, de acuerdo con todas las normas, políticas y procedimientosde la Compañía. Poseer la capacidad de trabajar de forma práctica encualquier entorno de cocina, incluidos los que implican un período detres comidas y una producción de gran volumen, y freír, hacer a laplancha, saltear, trinchar y cocinar al vapor todas las carnes,pescados, huevos, verduras y aves de corral para los servicios de loshuéspedes de acuerdo con las normas y especificaciones de StationCasinos. Calificaciones: Se prefiere que tenga, uno o dos años de experiencia culinariaprevia como mínimo. Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con loshuéspedes, los miembros del equipo y la gerencia. Debe ser capaz deobtener todas las tarjetas de trabajo requeridas.
