Role Description The Residential Assistant Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This role supports the Project Manager in coordinating daily construction activities, tracking schedules, and ensuring materials and subcontractors are on-site as planned. Responsibilities include assisting with expediting permits and inspections, monitoring jobsite progress, documenting updates, and communicating with trade partners, vendors, and clients as directed. The Residential Assistant Project Manager helps maintain quality standards, supports safety compliance, and assists with resolving on-site issues to keep projects on time and within budget. Qualifications Expediting skills to help drive permit approvals, inspections, and material deliveries. Project management capabilities, including schedule tracking, task coordination, and follow-up on project milestones. Inspection-related experience, such as supporting site walkthroughs, documenting deficiencies, and coordinating corrective actions. Logistics management skills to assist with organizing material flow, subcontractor sequencing, and jobsite readiness. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams, trade partners, and clients. Basic understanding of residential construction processes, building materials, and safety practices. Proficiency with project management software and common office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, digital file management). Ability to work on-site daily, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
