Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, supervising LPN staff, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations within a wellness clinic setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing care to students within scope of practice and authorized by medical providers. Supervise and train LPN staff, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards. Manage student health needs, including immunizations and chronic care management. Conduct health record audits, participate in quality improvement, and develop SOPs. Coordinate healthcare services, monitor student health, and assist with staff evaluations. Prepare reports, manage injury records, and support staff training. Provide guidance and support for urgent medical situations, including after-hours calls and on-call duties. Qualifications & Skills Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment. Experience working with youth preferred. Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
