Saulsbury Industries Job OpportunityTake your next step with Saulsbury Industries!Location: Odessa, TXType: Full Time – In Office PositionGeneral Information/Job SummaryThe position is to provide support to the Payroll DepartmentResponsibilities/CompetenciesExporting and importing employee timeBalancing reported time against importsProcessing payroll additions and wage deductionsProcessing child support payments to multi-statesProcessing payroll garnishmentsGeneral payroll dutiesHelp maintain and improve payroll procedures, checklists, and simple internal controls to ensure accuracy, continuity, and complianceProcess weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy and applicable lawsRespond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and payroll policiesSupport internal and external audits by providing requested payroll documentationRequirementsExcellent data entry skillsAccounts Payable experience 1 or more yearsDetail oriented, accurateWork as a team in a fast-paced environmentPunctuality and attendance is criticalMaintain confidentiality of informationMaintain expected dress code requirements**The satisfactory completion of a credit check is required for this position. **Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Ability to walk the property and laydown yards.Ability to carry up to 35 pounds.
