Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at 6255 N. Hollywood BLVD

Las Vegas, Nevada. This role oversees trade show exhibit projects from initial concept through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design, fabrication, logistics, and client-facing teams; managing project schedules and milestones; and monitoring progress to proactively address risks or delays. The Project Manager communicates regularly with clients, provides status updates, clarifies requirements, and aligns internal resources to meet expectations. Additional tasks include organizing inspections, managing documentation, supporting installation and dismantle planning, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and workflow.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track project components, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, installation, dismantle, and storage for trade show exhibits.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, accuracy of specifications, and readiness of exhibits prior to shipment and event setup.
• Relevant qualifications include experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, preferably in trade shows, events, manufacturing, or construction.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Pine Brook, NJ, with occasional travel to trade show venues as needed.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
