Bilingual Paralegal - Plaintiff (DALLAS)

Job ID#: 41146 Our client, a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm, is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Litigation Paralegal who is organized, proactive, collaborative, and ready to play an active role in developing meaningful case value—not just move files from one deadline to the next. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this position, as approximately 80–85% of the firm’s clients are Spanish-speaking. This individual will communicate directly with clients throughout the litigation process, making strong bilingual communication skills essential to the role. What We’re Looking For Fluent bilingual Spanish/English communication skills – REQUIRED 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience preferred Experience supporting cases from filing through settlement or trial Strong understanding of discovery, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and litigation deadlines Experience coordinating and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Ability to review and organize medical records, bills, damages documentation, and other case materials Comfortable communicating directly with Spanish- and English-speaking clients, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, and courts Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage an active litigation docket and competing deadlines Candidates from high-volume PI firms are welcome if they are ready to transition into a more thoughtful, quality-focused boutique environment Proactive, coachable, and team-oriented individuals who aren't afraid to ask questions What Makes This Role Different This firm is focused on building case value through strategy, preparation, client relationships, and consistent case progression.
