Assistant Restaurant Manager at Popeye’s at Atlanta International Airport (ATL) Compensation $21 / hr Opportunity for quarterly bonus and year-end super bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package Career Progression Opportunities What You’ll Do Manage all front‑of‑house and kitchen activities: supervise and evaluate team member performance, provide feedback and disciplinary action as needed. Ensure food quality and standards; maintain recipe adherence, portion control, and compliance with SSP America food‑safety specifications. Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability. Recruit, train, and communicate with the Food Travel Experts team, develop daily goals, tasks, and assignments, and maintain guest‑service standards aligned with the brand. Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and state health/sanitation standards. Maintain merchandising and display standards, monitor inventory levels. Handle office management tasks such as funds and media, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll. Assist in forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports and comparison shopping. Address routine issues and, when necessary, elevate complex problems to higher management. What We’re Looking For High‑school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred. 2+ years in restaurant/food‑service management or supervisory capacity. Experience in full‑service and/or quick‑service restaurants; culinary background desirable. Food Handlers’ Card or equivalent safety certification. Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office and POS systems. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact at all levels, resolve uncomfortable situations, and work with diverse team members. Ready to Apply? Dynamic environment in a major airport.
