Key Responsibilities: Actively recruit and fill new and open positions with qualified, value add candidates {1}Post positions effectively & maintain accounts on multiple platforms. Lead and drive interview processes for open positions {2}Receive, review, store, distribute and maintain resumes/applications Build/maintain pipeline and network for candidate pool {3}Establish and maintain recruiting source relationships Create, present & navigate employment offers {4}Coordinate completion all pre-employment tests and processes Drive development of hiring manager interviewing skills and techniques {5} Introduce and train hiring managers/supervisors to use candidate scoring tools Regularly conduct hiring market analysis for changing trendsPresent & implement approved related changes Create, utilize and maintain customized processes for each type/level of position Track and analyze recruiting, hiring and retention for continuous improvement Update, continuously improve and maintain HR page on company website. Create and send candidate correspondence letters and maintain historical files Maintain confidentiality of all employee and candidate related information Represent company in on-site and local presences & presentation needs to groups Follow all safety policies, procedures and protocols at all times.
