Hourly Rate: $30.25- $36.87 USD

Job Summary: Part-time

As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in creating personalized nutrition plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans based on resident assessments and clinical data

• Conduct nutrition screenings and assessments to identify individual needs and preferences

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and provide nutrition education to residents and their families

• Provide feeding assistance and support to residents with dysphagia or other swallowing disorders

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans, making adjustments as needed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Dietitain

• Registration or Eligibility for Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration

• New York State licensure as a Registered Dietitian

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
