As Director of Nursing, You Will: * Provide nursing and administrative direction for our entire nursing services team. * Oversee the leadership and guidance of the nursing team in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. * Ensure appropriate utilization of resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care. * Communicate and collaborate with other departments for a coordinated interdisciplinary approach. * Coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success. Must Have: * Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager. * 3-5 years of experience in a nursing supervisory role, providing direct care to multiple residents, with Long Term Care (LTC) experience being ideal.

• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws,

regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care. Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Environment.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare.
• Advanced education in principles of management and geriatrics or DON
