What You'll Do

• Direct and oversee all nursing operations within the facility
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to achieve exceptional performance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and retention strategies
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassionate care
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and executive teams
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement best practices
• Support infection prevention, risk management, and regulatory readiness

What We're Looking For

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Proven leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
