Our client, a leader in custom fabrication, is seeking a Fabricator to join their team. As a Fabricator, you will be part of a skilled workforce dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Bernville, PA Pay Range: DOE
What's the Job?
Cut, shape, and install solid surface materials like stone or acrylic to create custom countertops and shower enclosures. Measure and fabricate complex designs according to project specifications. Utilize power tools safely and effectively to achieve precision in fabrication. Work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain a productive work environment.
What's Needed?
1-2 years of experience, willingness to learn and grow in the fabrication field is essential. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Basic knowledge of power tools and safety practices. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
