Details & Responsibilities Inpatient acute care hospital setting within a pediatric respiratory therapy department providing full-spectrum respiratory care services PICU and NICU patient populations Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00–19:00) No on‑call requirement Candidates may be required to float to a nearby affiliate hospital; refusal to float as requested may result in contract cancellation Epic EMR — experience preferred Requirements Active RRT credential required BLS certification required Minimum 1.5 years of experience required; 2 years strongly preferred PICU and NICU experience required Epic charting experience required for consideration Oregon (OR) RT license required if applicable Two manager or supervisor references from within the last 24 months required for consideration — charge nurse references are not acceptable COVID vaccination proof required; no exemptions Additional Information First‑time travelers are accepted for this position Local candidates are accepted at the same rate — no radius restriction Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of consideration and may not exceed 2 weeks Former employees or previous travelers at this facility must have been separated for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler Former employees of this facility who are considered must provide a reference from the OHSU manager who supervised them American Traveler Job ID #P-715817.
