Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Multiple openings available to cover the schedule)

Shift Hours: (8 - 11) or ( 4 - 9 ) 

Days Available: 7 Days a Week (Monday – Friday)

(Flexible hiring: We are open to candidates looking for Weekdays Only (M-F) or Weekends Only (Sat/Sun)).

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated In-Home Caregivers / Aides to join our team to support a new client in Midland, NC. This position offers stable, consistent daytime hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). We are looking for professional individuals who can provide a safe, nurturing environment and assist our client with daily routines to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assist with daily activities of living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Meal Preparation: Cook and serve nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day according to the client's dietary needs.

Medication Reminders: Ensure the client takes their prescribed medications accurately and on schedule.

Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment (including light cleaning, laundry, and dishes).

Companionship: Provide engaging conversation, emotional support, and mental stimulation.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Home Health Aide is preferred.

Compliance: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a Current TB Test, and valid CPR/First Aid certification.

Transportation: Valid Driver’s License, a reliable personal vehicle, and current Auto Insurance are mandatory to ensure timely arrival for shifts.

Attributes: Punctual, trustworthy, patient, and detail-oriented.
