Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health concerns, strengths, and resource availability.

• Implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, allowing clients to explore their issues in a safe and constructive setting.

• Engage in crisis intervention, executing risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive well-rounded care.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance clients’ understanding of mental health and coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation for all client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
