Candidates with large firm experience are preferred. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills, must be detail-oriented, and can prioritize and manage a diverse workload; must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility. The expected pay range for this position is:$195000 - $235000 per yearActual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
