Job Description

This role offers a starting range of $33 to $41 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

Position Summary

This is a hybrid role after training (2 remote days/3 days in the office). Supports enterprise reporting and analytics across the organization’s commercial and operational functions. Develops and maintains Power BI reports and dashboards, prepares and validates data from multiple sources, and helps consolidate and standardize reporting into reliable, reusable solutions. Works closely with the Lead Analyst to gather requirements, automate recurring reporting, troubleshoot data issues, and fulfill ad hoc requests. Scope covers Product Management, Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing, including operational reporting (inventory, supply chain, raw material cost, and plant-level KPIs). Excludes Financial reporting and asset-level / shop-floor performance analytics.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Dashboard Development
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards across commercial and operational functions.
  • Consolidate redundant reporting into standardized, reusable solutions.
  • Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and implement approved enhancements to existing solutions.
• Data Preparation & Quality
  • Prepare data from CDS, non-CDS, and supplemental sources for reporting and analysis.
  • Perform data validation, troubleshoot reporting issues, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Follow established definitions, business logic, and standards to keep reporting consistent and trusted.
• Requirements & Documentation
  • Gather and document reporting requirements through meetings with stakeholders.
  • Document data sources, transformations, and business rules for the solutions you build.
  • Communicate reporting findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement
  • Automate manual and recurring reporting processes using company-approved tools.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve existing reporting.
  • Build foundational skills in data modeling, automation, and analytics engineering with guidance from the Lead Analyst.

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to have:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from 4-year college or university in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both.
• Proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of Power BI and SQL
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in SAP and Power BI

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

• Microsoft Fabric, SAP (GUI/Fiori/Analytics Cloud), Python, Power Query, DAX; exposure to supply chain, inventory, product management, and sales reporting
