Responsibilities :

• Assemble medical kits according to specifications and quality standards

• Perform final packaging of completed products

• Stack and organize boxes on pallets

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing environment

• Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness procedures

Requirements :

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Good hand dexterity and coordination

• Comfortable lifting up to 20-40 lbs

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

• Ability to follow workplace hygiene and PPE requirements (hair nets, beard nets, gloves, gowns as needed)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.30 - $26.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
