Provide deep security judgment and expertise in the provider space, offering strategic guidance on application architecture, migration controls, and systems/infrastructure operations. Own and drive AI/security initiatives, ensuring the secure integration of AI technologies into our healthcare solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and operations, to embed security practices and controls throughout the product lifecycle. Stay abreast of emerging security threats and trends in the healthcare industry, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry associations, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and industry alignment. Mentor and guide junior security architecture team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies, ensuring the resilience of our healthcare solutions.
