Partner across marketing, events, and vendor teams to onboard users, build enablement, stand up a sustainable support model, and migrate off prior platforms.Job Responsibilities:Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout: stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and a communications cadence across impacted marketing and events teamsBuild and deliver enablement: training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requestersPartner with cross-functional teams to lead the migration from prior event platforms (Splash, Cvent) to RainFocus, including workflow mapping and template and config parityServe as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team; triage enablement workstreamsIdentify and track adoption and enablement KPIs (active users, event volume, time to launch, support ticket trends), using data to target improvementsGather and prioritize feature requests and requirements; communicate tradeoffs, roadblocks, and status concisely to stakeholders and leadershipCapture and maintain a knowledge base of processes, runbooks, and FAQs to sustain the platform after transitionMust Have Skills:Hands-on experience administering or enabling event management platforms, specificallyExperience with RainfocusDemonstrated experience leading tool adoption or platform migrations across cross-functional teamsExperience defining and tracking metrics and running programs to improve operational performanceNice to have skills:Experience with Splast or CventStrong stakeholder communication, documentation, and training delivery skillsEnablement/Change Management experienceTraining experienceMarketing, specifically with events experienceEducation/Experience:5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing, or events operations, or program managementBA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications, nice to have but not a requirementMarketing or Sales experience is nice, but not requiredPursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
