Summary: Supports front desk operations in a busy physician's office by performing all duties related to revenue cycle operations, including but not limited to check-in/check-out, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, scheduling procedures/surgeries, entering orders, and utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules, handle patient issues, record patient information, and various other administrative support duties.
