Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead LeBayou, located in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter.

We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment , builds strong teams, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and drives consistent operational and financial performance.

Our ideal General Manager leads from the floor, develops their people, and brings our Core Values of Commitment, Integrity, Generosity, and Fun to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and operational consistency.
Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of restaurant leaders and hourly team members.
Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and overall restaurant productivity.
Drive financial performance through effective management of sales, food costs, labor, operating expenses, and profitability.
Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and company procedures.
Lead from the floor, engage with guests, and resolve concerns to ensure memorable dining experiences.
Build a positive, accountable team culture that reflects Creole Cuisine's Core Values.

What We're Looking For

Proven General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
Strong experience overseeing both front- and back-of-house operations.
Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, labor, and cost controls.
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong restaurant teams.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality, accountability, and team development.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
