Regional Marketing Manager

We don’t just sell and build new homes; we also manage teams, acquire land, manufacture materials, provide mortgages to our customers, and provide corporate support to NVR’s multi-billion dollar business operations.The Regional Marketing Manager is a strategic business partner to regional and division leadership, responsible for leading Online Sales and Marketing teams and helping communities deliver stronger sales, margin and customer experience outcomes. This role drives community positioning, successful launches, team coaching and consistent execution of NVR’s Sales and Marketing Framework.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead Regional Sales & Marketing TeamsLead, coach and develop Online Sales and Marketing team members.Hold consistent coaching sessions focused on performance, growth and leadership development.Partner with Homebuilding leadership on recruiting, selection and onboarding.Optimize Customer Experience & Marketing PerformanceImprove the customer experience from lead generation through sale.Oversee digital advertising, online reputation, website content, community assets, photography, video and email marketing performance.Ensure marketing communications meet applicable industry and regulatory requirements.Drive Community Positioning & Sales SuccessConsult with division and sales leaders to build effective community positioning strategies.Support successful community launches and help maximize sales performance and margin opportunity.Conduct positioning reviews and recommend action plans for communities below sales or margin expectations.Drive Customer Profile Definitions so sales and marketing efforts stay aligned to the target buyer.Advance the NVR Sales & Marketing FrameworkChampion NVR’s sales and marketing philosophy, programs, best practices and role expectations.Partner with sales leaders to drive adoption, execution and continuous improvement.Design and facilitate training programs and sales meetings tied to key business priorities.Work with senior leadership, training teams and regional partners to identify opportunities and implement solutions.Strategic Business & Budget ManagementManage marketing budgets and spending to ensure alignment with business priorities.Partner with Financial Analysts and operational leaders to improve marketing efficiency and impact.Qualifications5+ years of progressive sales, marketing, homebuilding or related leadership experience.Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online sales, customer experience and lead generation.Ability to use data, market insights and performance metrics to drive decisions.Strong strategic thinking, communication, coaching, presentation and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to influence leaders and drive results across multiple functions and stakeholders.Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.In addition to the traditional benefits, we offer all our employees stock ownership through a profit-sharing trust as part of our retirement savings package.
