Ensure excellent customer service by modeling hospitality and resolving guest concerns. Support and uphold the restaurant’s vision and values. Maintain operational excellence by overseeing daily shifts, delegating tasks, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards. Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and guests. Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. Requirements Applicants must be able to: Lead by example with a positive and professional attitude. Smile, create eye contact, and connect emotionally with guests. Stand and work on their feet for several hours at a time. Motivate and encourage team members to achieve goals.
