At Genesis of St. Charles, we are looking for a fast-paced and highly organized Service Advisor to join our team in St. Peters, MO. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service while managing repair orders and communicating effectively with both customers and technicians. Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive service experience.
- Assess customers' vehicle service needs and communicate effectively with the service team.
- Manage repair orders, including entry, documentation, and follow-up.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is required.
