Senior Manager - It Project Management

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager for an American Insurance brokerage service firm


Role: AI Project Manager
Location: New York-Hybrid
Duration: 3-6-month contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $67.8-$71.4/hour on W2


About the Role:

• We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to support Technology, Marketing, and AI initiatives. This role will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams while managing evolving projects in a large, complex organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects and portfolios across Technology, Marketing, and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders and development/technology teams.
• Support AI initiatives involving marketing, multilingual content, and AI agents for web properties.
• Work in Agile environments and support rapid prototyping and CRM initiatives.
• Manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate effectively with developers and business teams at all levels.
• Apply working knowledge of AI fundamentals, delivery, governance, and security.

Qualifications

• Strong project/portfolio and strategic management experience.
• Experience working in a large, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of Marketing and technology.
• Experience with Agile, CRM platforms, and rapid prototyping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking a hands-on approach.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
