Jr. Solution Business Analyst Location: Plano, TX Duration: 12 Months Work Arrangement: Onsite Job Type: Contract Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Jr. Solution Business Analyst to support enterprise IT solutions within an Application Operations and Solution Services environment. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and help ensure the efficient operation and support of Common Resource Management and Space/Workspace Management solutions for corporate IT assets. This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, sales, customer success, marketing, engineering, and end users to support solution operations, identify business needs, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Operate and support Common Resource Registry (CR2) and Managed Mobility Services (MMS) for internal customers and users. Coordinate with system and technical teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations. Identify, gather, and document business and market needs. Work with engineering teams to translate business needs into potential product features and enhancements. Gather and evaluate product, customer, and market information through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users. Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to identify opportunities to expand mobility, workspace, and resource management solutions. Conduct competitive research and contribute to competitive landscape analysis. Support product and solution improvement initiatives. Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including: User manuals Operational procedures Marketing materials Business requirements Operational reports Presentations Coordinate cross-functional activities and track action items, deliverables, and timelines. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide operational and project support as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience. 1–3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Asset Management IT Asset Management Corporate Employee Service Operations Business Operations Application Support Product Operations Project Coordination/Management Business Analysis Proficiency with Microsoft Office , especially: Excel Word PowerPoint Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them through completion. Preferred Qualifications Experience or understanding of product management . Experience supporting enterprise SaaS products or applications . Exposure to IT asset, workspace, space, resource, or mobility management solutions. Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation. Experience with market or competitive analysis. Experience working with engineering, sales, marketing, or customer success teams.
