That’s how it is with an Orangetheory Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager (ASM). They’re a doublet, a duo, a dyad. And while the manager is ultimately in charge, without that able-bodied sidekick, the studio wouldn’t run nearly as smoothly.

We’d love you to have Orangetheory experience, but we’ll take into consideration sales, leadership and management experience somewhere else. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus. Here’s more of what we’re looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
• Passion for health and wellness
• Team player
• Marketing Experience and general knowledge
• Social media understanding for business use
• Recurring membership sales experience (1+ years)
• Orangetheory Fitness Experience (preferred)
• Management experience (1-3 years required)
• Strong leadership skills 
• Professional appearance
