Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including but not limited to:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Conducting vital signs and monitoring patient conditions

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and a culture of excellence

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation environment

• Strong compassion and empathy for patients and their families

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
