Position Overview

We are a growing, established interior design company looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing efforts and help shape the future of our marketing function.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys having ownership, balancing creativity with organization, and seeing their work make a direct impact. You’ll work closely with leadership and have the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table, build processes, and take projects from concept through execution.

Long-term, there is an opportunity to build out the marketing function and eventually hire and grow a marketing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and business growth.
• Manage the day-to-day marketing calendar, projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Take ownership of marketing projects from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including content planning, creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Support lead generation efforts and manage lead source activity across applicable platforms.
• Create marketing materials, graphics, presentations, and other content using Canva and similar tools.
• Manage email campaigns, newsletters, mailers, website content, and other marketing communications.
• Coordinate and execute client events, community events, volunteer initiatives, sponsorships, and other company activities.
• Track marketing performance and key metrics to evaluate campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry opportunities to help strengthen the company’s marketing efforts.
• Work with outside marketing partners and agencies when additional expertise or support is needed.
• Help establish and improve marketing processes as the company continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in a marketing role with exposure to multiple areas of marketing.
• Experience with social media, content creation, marketing communications, lead generation, or events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Canva or similar design platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, websites, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Event planning and execution experience is preferred.
• Creative, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
• A strong interest in growing with a company and taking on additional responsibility over time.
