CT Technologist, Cat Scan Department, PRN, Float Team, Baptist Jacksonville Downtown

Baptist Health is looking to add a CT Technologist to our Float Team at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville! This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity. This position will be based at various Baptist Health locations. This CT Technologist must be comfortable working at up to 3 campuses. This CT Technologist will be responsible for the following: Performing high-quality (CT) procedures. Promoting goodwill amongst co-workers and other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients. Maintain compliance with mandatory education and health requirements. Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy. Experience Required CT experience required (2-3 years) Customer Service Experience Experience in Cat Scan Department Experience working in a hospital setting Education Required Vocational School Experience Radiologic Technologist Experience License and Certification Driver's License - DMV Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography - ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT - ARRT Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - State Radiologic Health Branch Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Licensed Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - DOH Positions designated as requiring a level II Background (A detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
