Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Hauppauge, NY Full Time (Final in person interview required)
Skills Required
- Proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities
- Ability to analyze large data sets and present actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Projects & Tasks
- Oversee and maintain hourly data extraction and reporting processes from Salesforce to Excel/Looker
- Potentially assist in transitioning from Looker to another BI tool (e.g., Power BI)
- Collaborate on migrating certain processes from Google Sheets to Microsoft-based solutions
- Support on-going data-driven strategy for executive decision-making
Must Haves
- Advanced expertise with BI tools (Looker/Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Proven experience analyzing financial or sales/marketing data
- Strong hands-on SQL, Excel, and data visualization background
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations based on large datasets
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in Python or other scripting languages
- Work history in finance/fintech environments
- History of successfully transitioning BI platforms (e.g., from Looker to Power BI)
- Comfortable with collaborative online tools (Google Sheets, OneDrive, etc.)
