Marketing Outreach & Partnerships Intern

Role Description

Join our team as an Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Intern! We are hiring two motivated interns for this paid, fully remote role. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, creator outreach, and partnership development within the fast-growing wellness and e-commerce spaces. This position offers real-world experience and is available for both semester and summer terms.

• Position: Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Intern
• Location: Fully Remote (U.S. time zones preferred)
• Compensation: $20.00 / hour
• Hours: ~20 hours per week (Flexible around your class schedule)
• Duration: Semester and/or Summer terms available

Responsibilities

• Research and Identify: Discover and vet potential brand partners and content creators aligned with the wellness space.
• Execute Outreach: Conduct email and social media campaigns to build relationships with influencers and partners.
• Support Activations: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership campaigns.
• Manage Product Seeding: Coordinate logistics for sending product samples to creators and handle follow-ups.
• Track Performance: Monitor key metrics, assist with reporting, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Academic Focus: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
• Digital Literacy: High familiarity with social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Technical Setup: Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for a fully remote setup.
• Schedule Alignment: Ability to work ~20 hours per week, including availability for a weekly check-in meeting.
• Work Style: Coachable, curious, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Location: Must be located within and authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Interest: Strong interest in wellness, e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing.
• Software Exposure: Experience with or willingness to learn influencer CRM and outreach tools (e.g., GRIN).
• Data Skills: Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking data.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management habits.

Work Location

This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.

Company Hours & Collaboration

With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs.
