Banquet Server PositionCrossed Keys Estate is seeking experienced banquet servers for our luxury wedding venue. Enthusiastic candidates wanted, must be motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment during events with up to 300 guests. Responsibilities include:Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet areaRelay food and beverage ordersRefill beverages and fulfill bar orders at dining tables.Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to kitchen team.Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.QualificationsMust be available at least 1-2 days per week (nights and weekends), Thursday through SundayStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFriendly and outgoing personalityExcellent communication skillsPrevious experience as a server is preferredCompensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourOur HistoryTHE VISION FOR CROSSED KEYS ESTATE BEGAN OVER 30 YEARS AGO WITH KATHERINE AND CELSO RODRIGUEZ. Today, Crossed Keys Estate is truly a family-owned and operated business. Katherine and Celso are joined in the business by their son, John, daughter, Jessica, and her husband, Kyle. We're proud to have added other wonderful members to our team and see many of our wedding season staff choose to return year after year. We love that our estate is centered around family, and when you get married at Crossed Keys, you become a part of it.
