Business Development Representative (Remote)

We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The rep will be responsible for generating quality leads as well as following up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. Roles and Responsibilities: Be persuasive and committed to achieving business goals. Actively source new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Assess or create opportunities for NB’s products. Qualify prospects and systematically introduce sales to engage further. Seed ideas and tell product stories to potential customers to draw their attention to NB. Attend industry events and educational workshops as required. Conduct research on market trends and competitors. Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Regularly update the CRM system. Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers. Create target account lists based on ICP. Job Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls. Proven track record in handling both incoming and outgoing calls. Experience in SaaS is required. Knowledge and experience of the US market segment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Region of Work: US Reporting: Reporting to the Head of Business Development. Working Hours: Aligned with US time zone (5 pm to 2 am IST). 8-hour shift per day. Monday to Friday.
