Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative at Artemis Distribution. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, communication, prospecting, and sales activities. They will focus on developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with Medical Directors, Med Spa Owners, Nurse Practitioners, Beauty/Wellness Business Owners.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to med spas, clinics, and aesthetic practices to introduce our devices.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of our aesthetic equipment.
• Do strategic pre-call research on leads to help build a tailored story
• Generate interest and set up meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through persistent follow-ups and relationship building.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and lead generation.

Who You Are:

• A highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and business development.
• minimum of 2 years sales experience, aesthetic device sales a plus but not required
• Strong communicator who enjoys engaging with prospects and building relationships.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Comfortable going off script to tailor a pitch
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or cold calling is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn about medical and aesthetic devices and their benefits.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and LinkedIn for outreach.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) + commissions
