Must be willing to cover sites for both NWIR & CIR practices in IN: Lafayette, IN (Franciscan), Terre Haute, IN (Union), & Northern IN sites will be discussed during interview LONGTERM onsite IR urgent need 7 days a week straight, 7a-4p EST at Franciscan Lafayette East. Holidays TBD - Call, 7 nights per week with call back Lafayette East has a PA that will be performing the light IR procedures. Only high-end IR will be needed. Lafayette has its own suites and does not share with cardiologist.
