Minimum Qualifications We’re Looking For: At least 7 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Superintendent in the wood industry, specifically Plywood manufacturing Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or at least 15 years of relevant industry experience Strong financial acumen with expertise in operational budgeting A proven track record in wood manufacturing, preferably plywood, OSB, or EWP Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus!
