Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage mechanical maintenance teams supporting high-speed manufacturing and facility operations. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing unplanned downtime, and ensuring safe, cost-effective maintenance execution across production lines and facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop maintenance technicians and skilled trades Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs Improve equipment reliability, asset availability, and maintenance KPIs Manage CMMS/work order systems and maintenance documentation Respond to emergency equipment downtime and restore operations quickly Ensure compliance with OSHA and all safety regulations Manage maintenance budgets, labor, and spare parts inventory Oversee facility, building, and grounds maintenance and service contracts Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to align priorities Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actions as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or related field) Minimum 10+ years of hands-on maintenance and leadership experience Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability programs Experience with CMMS systems and work management processes Solid understanding of industrial equipment, PLCs, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems Working knowledge of facilities systems (HVAC, utilities, building maintenance) Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Manufacturing or industrial plant experience Lean manufacturing or reliability-centered maintenance exposure Certifications or training in electrical, HVAC, or industrial maintenance #J-18808-Ljbffr
