Program ManagerWe need an experienced Program Manager to support the DCMA Blue List Program in San Diego, CA. This role serves as the single point of contact for all matters relating to contract performance, with authority to commit contractor resources and direct contractor personnel. You will provide day to day oversight of contractor operations, serve as the primary operational liaison between the Government and contractor personnel, and manage a resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule tracking program milestones, software releases, and interagency dependencies. Apply today!ResponsibilitiesServes as the single point of contact for all matters relating to contract performance, with authority to commit contractor resources and direct contractor personnelProvides day to day oversight of contractor operations and serves as primary operational liaison between the Government and contractor personnelProvides administrative and technical oversight of all contractor activities to ensure personnel are trained, aligned, and performing to requirementsMaintains labor hour records and submits monthly labor reports for Government verification prior to invoicingDevelops, maintains, and manages a resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule tracking Blue List milestones, software releases, interagency dependencies, and other contract activitiesApplies Critical Path Method analysis to identify schedule risk, recommend corrective actions, and communicate schedule impactsMonitors overall contractor performance for compliance with contract requirements and Government performance standardsAttends recurring program management meetings and coordinates execution activities with the Government Blue List Program Manager and CORsCoordinates preparation, review, submission, and resolution of all contract deliverables, ensuring Government comments and corrective actions are addressed in a timely mannerCoordinates contractor staffing activities including onboarding and offboarding, notification of key personnel changes, management of staffing vacancies, and verification that required certifications, training, and security requirements are maintainedCoordinates administrative activities supporting performance including facility access, badging, Government furnished property, security requirements, and authorized travelMaintains and provides recurring management reports and records including performance status reports, action item logs, and risk and issue logsIdentifies risks and performance issues affecting execution, coordinates corrective actions, and communicates significant issues, impacts, and recommendations in a timely mannerBackground/Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Systems Engineering, or a related operational fieldMinimum 10 years of professional experience in project management, team leadership, and program scheduling, with at least 4 years directly supporting DoD or federal agenciesDemonstrated technical expertise establishing and maintaining a resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or an equivalent enterprise toolNotable interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadershipMaster's degree requiredActive PMP or PMI Scheduling Professional certification requiredLocationSan Diego, CA, onsiteClearanceMust be a US CitizenUnclassified, no personnel security clearance requiredClientDefense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Blue List ProgramHours40 hours per week8 hours per dayEmployment ClassificationEmployment Classification Eligibility – W2RelocationNot eligible for relocation benefitsCompensationSalary range: $125,000 – $150,000Benefits: Benefits package includes options for health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; 401k contribution options.
