Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading the retail team. This role manages staffing schedules, supervises sales associates, and ensures a welcoming, well-maintained environment that reflects APOTHEKE's brand and values. The Retail Store Manager drives sales performance, monitors inventory levels, and implements merchandising standards to highlight key products and fragrances. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching team members, resolving customer inquiries, handling escalations, and maintaining accurate cash handling and store reporting. The role also focuses on managing the "STUDIO Experience" where we teach candle making, perfume classes, hosting events and private parties. On hand teaching is part of the positon. Contributing to continuous improvements in customer experience and store efficiency. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a memorable in-store experience. Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, team members, and leadership, including clear verbal and written communication. Proven Store Management experience in a retail environment, including supervising staff, managing daily operations, and driving sales results. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement procedures that protect inventory and ensure a secure store environment. Additional qualifications: prior experience in specialty or luxury retail, strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with POS systems, and basic reporting or analytics skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise as needed, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or related fields is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
