Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel RN specializing in Med/Surg for a 13-week assignment. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Respond to patient needs and provide support to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
