Patient Services Representative

We are looking for Patient Services Representatives to join our team in our West Bend office. Bend Dermatology believes our employees are our most valuable asset. Responsibilities include: providing customer service to patients both in-person and over the phone, front desk support, schedule management, cash handling and daily reconciliation, chart preparation, insurance verification, and patient registration.


Qualifications:

• Previous work in a medical setting, preferred
• Pervious customer service experience
• Comfort using Office 365 and other computer-based systems
• High School diploma or equivalent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week.


Wage is determined based on experience. Entry wage is $19/hour
