The business unit Acute Care Technology of ZOLL Medical Corporation develops and supplies innovative life-saving products and software solutions for EMS, hospital, security, and military customers around the world. Products include AEDs, trauma kits, ventilators, temperature management solutions, and much more. An annual gross salary of 75,000 to 88,000 is provided for this position, depending on qualification, experience, and individual profile. In addition, the compensation package includes a performance-based OTE component and a company car.

Essential functions:

• Building relationships with high-level clinicians, including doctors and senior nurses, as well as other departments in the healthcare sector, particularly neurology, cardiology, and intensive care.
• Generating sales through the entire product portfolio in the area of temperature management, including systems, accessories, and consumables.
• Close cooperation with other departments within ZOLL, especially with the sales team for defibrillators and ventilation, to utilize the full range of ZOLL products and services.
• Effective pipeline management in SalesForce to track sales opportunities and processes.
• Managing complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Participating in trade fairs and conferences to build networks and present solutions in the area of temperature management.

Required qualifications:

• Several years of successful experience in the sales of medical capital and consumable goods, especially in sales to and in hospitals. In-depth knowledge of selling complex systems, concepts, and solutions in a sales environment that involves multiple decision-makers.
• Clinical professional experience or proven success in a complex clinical sales process.
• Experience working as part of a cooperative sales organization.
• Proficient strategic sales approaches and high, customer-oriented solution competence.
• High level of professional and ethical behavior.
• Strong organizational/time management skills.
• High interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills as well as fluent German and good English language skills.
