GC/USC- only

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of backend development experience with at least 2+ years in Golang.
Strong knowledge of Go language, concurrency (goroutines, channels), and Go routines management.
Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
