Assistant Maintenance Technician
Valiant Residential
Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance to support the maintenance supervisor and uphold property safety and integrity. You will collaborate with leasing to maximize renewals, handle service requests, and ensure tasks meet policy standards. You should have at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and EPA certification. Valid driver’s license and hand tools are required.
